The Comcast renewal has a few options. Please note that these numbers are accurate at this time, but are still considered tentative.

I would desire the following Comcast service at Fountainhead:

Internet & Cable -- Keep everything as is. My unit’s 2025 dues for this item will increase $8 per month, from $77 to $85 per month.

Internet Only -- Keep Internet AND remove cable. My unit’s 2025 dues for this item will decrease $44 per month, to $41 per month.

Nothing -- End the Agreement. My unit’s dues for this item will decrease $85 per month, down to $0 per month.
