Handyman Job Duties/Job Description

• Ability to perform handyman duties/maintenance for Fountainhead complex including routine repairs such as caulking windows/gutters, cleaning tile roofs, buildings, gutters, and patio/driveway pavers
• Certified in pool maintenance and maintaining the pool deck area
• Time management: includes maintaining an organized tracking system to effectively complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner and in the order by which they were received or by level of urgency
• Self-directed- ability to work independently without direct supervision 
• Customer service: includes professional, prompt, and courteous work ethically without supervision
• Keeping the entryways and grounds free of debris (as a supplement to Gulfstream)
• Ability to see what is needed and take initiative to resolve/repair make needed improvements within the scope of the job
• Cleaning clubhouse including vacuuming workout room/bathrooms/floors/windows
• Replacing light bulbs/signage
• Painting in clubhouse and as needed throughout complex
• General Pest control
• Other Duties as assigned

Experience/Qualifications/Certifications Required

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in general condo, hotel, or apartment maintenance
• Certified in pool maintenance
• Experienced and skilled at doing routine maintenance and routine repairs
• Able to obtain any other certifications necessary for the job
